Scope
These terms cover court bookings, academy enrolment and membership with [LEGAL COMPANY NAME], trading at [REGISTERED ADDRESS].
Bookings
Slots are confirmed once payment is received through [PAYMENT GATEWAY]. A booking covers the named court, date and start time only.
The booking window opens [BOOKING WINDOW] in advance.
Cancellation and changes
Cancellations made more than [CANCELLATION WINDOW] before the slot are refunded in full. Inside that window, [CANCELLATION CHARGE] applies.
Bookings may be moved once, subject to availability.
Membership
Membership runs for a minimum term of [MINIMUM TERM] and renews [RENEWAL TERMS]. Notice to cancel is [NOTICE PERIOD].
Conduct and safety
Members and guests follow venue rules, coaching instruction and the safeguarding policy at all times. Appropriate footwear and equipment are required on court.

Minors
Participants under 18 require a signed consent and medical declaration from a parent or guardian. Photography and media consent is recorded separately and may be withdrawn at any time.
