Academy

A pathway, not
a timetable.

Assessment sets a starting point. Coaching moves a player through four stages with review points at each one.

The method

Train. Develop.
Compete. Rise.

The same four stages across all six sports, so a player switching sports meets a familiar structure.

  • 01

    Train

Structured sessions with a defined technical focus and a measured starting point.

  • 02

    Develop

Individual goals, review points and progression between levels.

  • 03

    Compete

Internal fixtures and external competition as readiness allows.

  • 04

    Rise

The next level, the next squad, the next season.

How coaching runs

Small groups.
Recorded progress.

Sessions run to a plan with one technical focus. Every player has a recorded starting point, a target and a review date, so a parent can see movement rather than take it on trust.
